Jessica began her real estate career with the Ryan-Whyte Team in 2011. Since then she has attended several CRS and coaching conventions and has attained the CNE designation (Certified Negotiation Expert). Jessica prides herself on her personal service and attention to every detail. Working alongside her husband and family is an added value to both herself and her clients. A team always outperforms an individual. Jessica particularly enjoys working with sellers to determine what fix-ups should be done to maximize a home's value in the current market.
Her passion outside of real estate is traveling. Growing up on the border of San Diego and Tijuana is likely what sparked that passion. During college she attended a foreign exchange program in Guadalajara and then later in Queretero, Mexico living with local families; soaking up the culture and language. Costa Rica and Ecuador are also on her list of favorite places and she hopes one day to make it to Indonesia. On Friday nights you can usually find Jessica in Gilbert on one of the softball fields. Her favorite sport is beach volleyball, but without the beach closeby, softball is a close second. Jessica resides on an acre property with her family, animals and 40+ orange trees. |
